Shipping costs are based on the standard courier regions.

Whilst delivery charges outside the Mainland UK region are higher, this is unfortunately out of our hands. As our products have a long shelf-life delivery charges can be minimised by ordering in volume - please contact us if you have any questions.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for on delivery. If there is no-one to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery a calling card will be left with a number for you to call to discuss re-delivery or pick-up.

It is possible to specify a safe place to leave your order, however, we do not recommend this and cannot be held liable for any orders left which subsequently go missing. Please include your 'safe place' in the comments section of the check out form and we will add this to your delivery instructions.

Once dispatched delivery is usually overnight, however, some areas of the UK may take a little longer. Saturday and time specific deliveries must be selected when you place your order and will incur an additional charge. In the unlikely event that any products on your order are out of stock, we will call you using the contact number given to discuss alternatives.

Please make sure that the contact number is kept up to date otherwise this will delay delivery of your order.
